10.13 Clinical Significance and Interpretation of Results
The OncoDiscover® Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) Test is intended to detect and enumerate circulating tumor cells and associated biomarkers in peripheral blood, as applicable to the specific test ordered.

Patients acknowledge and understand that:

- The test is designed to provide clinically relevant information that may assist physicians in evaluating disease status, prognosis, treatment monitoring, and related clinical considerations.
- The presence, absence, quantity, or characteristics of circulating tumor cells and associated biomarkers should not be interpreted in isolation and must be considered together with clinical findings, medical history, imaging studies, pathology results, and other diagnostic information.
- Certain biomarkers evaluated through circulating tumor cells, including but not limited to PD-L1 and HER2 where applicable, may provide clinically relevant information; however, such measurements may not constitute standardized diagnostic assessments and require physician interpretation.
- Scientific understanding of circulating tumor cells and related biomarkers continues to evolve, and future advances may further refine interpretation of test findings.

10.14 Diagnostic Limitations
The patient acknowledges and agrees that:

- The OncoDiscover® test is intended as an adjunctive clinical tool and is not a standalone diagnostic test.
- Test results alone shall not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or clinical management.
- A negative result does not completely exclude the presence of disease, recurrence, progression, or metastasis.
- A positive result may require additional clinical evaluation, imaging, pathology review, laboratory investigations, or physician assessment for confirmation and interpretation.
- No laboratory test can guarantee absolute accuracy, and results are subject to biological variability, sample quality, technical limitations, and scientific constraints.

10.15 Patient Acknowledgement
By proceeding with the booking, sample collection, and testing process, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the sample collection requirements, sample rejection criteria, clinical significance statements, diagnostic limitations, and all other terms, conditions, and consents applicable to the OncoDiscover® test.
